What is the process for returning or exchanging an item if I have had a change of heart?

It is possible to carry out a return or exchange for products bought within Australia or New Zealand.

Australian and New Zealand returns and exchanges for changed decisions.

We want you to be satisfied with your recent purchase, which is why we offer effortless and complimentary 14-day returns.

You can return your item via post or through orders placed on the Barhion website. Alternatively, you can return or exchange it in-store, whether you purchased it on the Barhion website or in a physical Barhion store.

Please ensure that your item meets our returns policy before you get it ready for return.

2. Pack items

Please ensure that your item(s) are packed securely, and don't forget to include the packing slip that was included with your order.

3. Post items

You can drop off your parcel at the location you specified.

Australia Post and New Zealand Post stores can print the label if you need it.

4. Refund is processed

We will process your refund once we receive your items. Depending on your financial institution, your funds may take up to 10 business days to become available. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable. If you send us any eligible items for exchange via post, we will automatically refund them, as we do not accept items for exchange via post.

In-store return or exchange

We currently have Barhion stores in Australia, where you can present your items for a change of mind refund or exchange.

1. Take in-store

Take your item(s) into your nearest Barhion store. Find a store below:

2. Refund or exchange is processed

If you need to exchange a product or get a refund, our team is here to help. For any refunds, the original payment method will be credited. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to process the refund. Please keep in mind that delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.

In-store return or exchange

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. To make this process as convenient as possible, we have specific timeframes for returns or exchanges. For online purchases, you have a comfortable 14 days from the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, you have a generous 14 days from the date of purchase.

All returns must meet specific requirements. The item(s) should be returned in its original condition, unworn and undamaged. The original tags must be attached to the item(s). Any footwear should be returned in its original and undamaged box or packaging without any marks. If you decide to return the item(s) by post, please pack them securely to avoid any damage during shipment.
