Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, contact us at customercare@barhion.com.au or use the "Request a Return" section on our website. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please ensure the shoes are properly packed and shipped to the specified address. After shipping, remember to share the tracking number with us.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and we do not provide a return shipping label.

Once the shoes arrive at our facility, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
